Where is Sauvage86 located?
We are based out of the United States but we have warehouses in Asia and US.
 
How long will my order take to arrive?
To provide free shipping and serve you better at the best prices possible, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore, it may take up to  7-20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive. Please be patient for your goodies to reach you. 
 
Will my order arrive all in one parcel?
If you are ordering more than one product, please be advised that your order may come in separate packages because our inventory is located in different warehouses based off of product of specialization. 
Items are shipped directly from our partnered warehouses. 

Can I track my order?
Yes, if you aren't given a tracking number in order confirmation it may be due to delayed processing.  If you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number as soon as your package has been processed.

Can I return an item?
Yes, if you for some reason you are not satisfied with your item you have 14 days from delivery date to return it unused and in the same packaging for full refund.  Please see Return Policy for instructions on returning items.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit card, debit card or PayPal.
My order is delayed. Why?
Delayed orders may be due to:
  • Billing and shipping address don't match.
  • Pending order for credit verification
  • Customized jewelry orders may take more processing time
  • Weather conditions and Holidays
